Day #19: PLAY!
Yes, you read right. So simple, but we often forget to play and have fun. This keeps us young, happy and energized. My niece is visiting me this week and today I took her to the park and we played on the playground. Yeah, I look silly, so what? It was awesome running, climbing, sliding down the slides and swinging on the monkey bars and it was a great workout too! I understand not everyone can fit on the slides and such, but there are tons of things you can do at the park to play and exercise and by the way, I saw a grandpa get on a slide with his grandson too 😉 It was so cute!
So, there you have it! Tip #19: Play! Don’t forget to have fun and just enjoy life!
