Day #17: Find A Buddy!
Find someone whether it’s a friend, family member, or trainer that can be there to encourage and motivate you. It’s good to have someone you can workout or take a stroll with every now and then too, but really just having someone to discuss your goals and daily habits, achievements or failures with is always healthy and will help keep you going on your journey! This is true with any adventure. Don’t have expectations for a certain person to be your buddy. It’s not always going to be your spouse or your best friend. Maybe it’s your mom or someone that works at the gym that you go to. You just need a positive influence that wants to see the same results in you that you desire for yourself. It’s that simple.
